Feeling better starts with feeling truly heard.

You don’t have to have it all figured out to reach out.
Whether you’re barely holding on or just tired of feeling stuck, this is a space where you’re met with care, not judgment.

Care rooted in compassion,  not just credentials.

I am a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a strong passion for helping individuals achieve mental wellness and balance in their lives. I completed my undergraduate studies at the University of California, Riverside, where I earned a degree in Political Science. I then pursued my Master of Science in Nursing at California Baptist University, followed by a Post-Master’s Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certificate from National University. From an early age, I have been driven by a desire to heal others through medical knowledge and compassionate care. I believe that true happiness comes from serving others, and this philosophy guides my approach to patient care. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered in their mental health journey. My clinical approach combines evidence-based treatment with genuine human connection, focusing on individualized care tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Outside of my professional work, I enjoy learning computer programming, spending time with my pets, and being with my family.
