I got into this work
because I've seen what the right care can do.

" I'm not here to hand you a diagnosis and send you on your way. I'm here to actually know you and help you feel like yourself again . "

I didn’t grow up thinking I’d be a psychiatric nurse practitioner. I grew up thinking about people, why they struggle, what holds them back, what makes them come alive again. This career was the natural answer to those questions.

What I know after eight years is this: the clinical piece matters deeply, but it’s the human piece that actually does the healing. Medication can open the door. But it’s trust, honesty, and feeling genuinely understood that gets someone through it.

BEYOND THE SESSION

The things that keep me grounded .

I believe the best clinicians are whole people. So here’s mine, the parts of my life that remind me what balance, joy, and connection actually feel like.

Computer Programming

I love to code. It keeps my mind sharp, feeds my curiosity, and reminds me that complex problems always have elegant solutions, if you’re willing to sit with them long enough.

My philosophy on rest

I ask my patients to prioritize rest, balance, and joy. I hold myself to the same standard, because I can’t pour from an empty cup.
